How to opt out
Click here to send us an unsubscribe email. It opens a message to [email protected] with the subject already filled in. Send it and you are done.
If that link does not work on your device, email [email protected] with the word unsubscribe in the subject, or simply reply to any message you have had from us with the word stop. All three do the same thing.
What happens then
- We add the address to a suppression list that is checked before every send, so it will not be contacted again.
- We process opt-outs well inside the ten business days the law allows, and in practice within one business day.
- We do not require you to log in, confirm twice, or explain why. Asking once is enough.
If you want a different address removed
Include it in the body of your message. If several people at your company receive our email and you want all of them stopped, say so and we will suppress the whole domain.
What this does not affect
If you are a current client, opting out of our marketing email does not end communication about your own matter. Tell us if you want that changed too and we will sort it out directly.
